your warm -up: 10 - 15 minutes either walking, jogging, step ups on a step or bench/box, skipping (5 mintues) or any piece of cardio equipment
TABATA DAY!! meaning: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 sets
1. squats (20 seconds on 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds)
rest 1 minute
2. plank hold (20 seconds on 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds)
rest 1 minute
3. push ups (20 seconds on 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds)
rest 1 minute
