sunday at home workout

good morning!
Warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
2 rounds for time:

1 minute: push ups
rest 1 minute
1:30 sit ups
rest 1 minute
2 minute air squats
rest 1 minute
2:30 skipping

rest 3 minutes between rounds

TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
