saturday at home workout

good morning fit bunnies!
warm up as per usual 10-15 minutes

WOD:
4 rounds, rest 1 minutes in between each

30 lunges
20 push ups
10 air squat jumps


1 round: plank hold to fatigue

TRAIN HARD, HAVE FUN, LOOK GREAT
